Skip tracing is the process of finding the current contact information for a property's owner. You provide an address (or a list of addresses) and we return the owner's phone numbers, emails, and mailing address sourced from a database of 150M+ U.S. property records. Real estate investors, agents, and contractors use it to reach property owners who aren't publicly listed.

Skip tracing on Tracerfy starts at $0.02 per credit, charged only on successful matches. There is no subscription, no minimum commitment, and credits never expire. Different services consume different credit amounts, see the pricing table above.

Tracerfy customers consistently report 70 to 95 percent match rates depending on input data quality. Because pricing is pay per hit, you are never charged for misses. Address quality, owner mobility, and how recently the property changed hands all affect match rates.
